Please read our RMA guidelines before requesting an RMA to ensure that you are following the correct method for return. You can contact us if you need any more information.
This form only applies to computers we built and that are still under warranty. Items marked with * are required.
GUIDELINES FOR YOUR RMA
RMA Guidelines
All RMAs will be valid for 20 days. Any merchandise not sent back within the allowed time will be voided and another RMA will have to be issued. Items without approved RMA status will be refused. RMA number is required in order to validate the RMA. Unopened items returned within 30 calender days will receive credit, after 30 days is subject to 20% restocking fees. Please refer to our warranty information for more on restocking fees.
Shipping Guildlines
On all returns the RMA number must be written on the shipping label. NOT THE BOX! Products without the RMA number written will be refused. The item must be complete and in resaleable condition in order to receive credit. All repairs or replacements will be shipped by our carrier of choice. All returns must be prepaid. Shipping charges are NON refundable. Products without prepaid shipping will be refused. We recommend getting shipping insurance in order to prevent damage while in transit.
